By accessing or using FundLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

FundLens aggregates publicly disclosed mutual fund portfolio holdings and presents institutional ownership analytics across Indian equities, asset management companies, and mutual funds.

FundLens does not manage funds, execute trades, or provide personalized financial advice.

3. Not investment advice

Content on FundLens is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Portfolio data reflects the most recent disclosures available and may not represent current holdings.

You are solely responsible for any investment decisions made using information from this platform.

4. Access and accounts

Access to FundLens is currently by invitation only and requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute FundLens data in bulk without authorization, and not to use the platform in any way that disrupts its operation or security.

6. Data accuracy

Portfolio and market data is sourced from third-party mutual fund disclosures. FundLens makes reasonable efforts to keep data current and accurate but does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.

7. Limitation of liability

FundLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundLens and its operators are not liable for any losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of FundLens after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
